Our sessions
Typically, we schedule 6 to 12 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. You can choose between comfortable and relaxed settings in Brighton or London, opt for Zoom coaching, or have sessions arranged at your workplace.
I offer a complimentary 45 minute chemistry meeting so we can meet and talk through any questions you may have.
